Michelle Malkin and the rule of law

By Heraclitus

Michelle Malkin makes an angry and impassioned plea for convicted terrorists to have their convictions overturned because the trial was suspect, marred with irregularities and borderline illegalities. She joins international human rights groups in appealing to an international human rights convention, and applauds the alleged terrorists' lawyers for taking the case to the International Criminal Court in Geneva. It's true, it's all true.

Oh, the convicted terrorists were Christians in Indonesia. And I am certainly not suggesting that they did get a fair trial. Just that I'm not sure how MM doesn't see the absurdity of her position.

Glenn Greenwald has more.
