Arcade Fire: "Keep the Car Running"

Having just watched Funny People (***1/2 -- the seemingly ubiquitous Judd Apatow proving once more that there's a lot more to Apatovian cinema than dick jokes, with an excellent performance by Adam Sandler, perhaps the best of his career) and Julie & Julia (*** -- the Julia part was much better than the Julie part, thanks in part to the marvellous Meryl Streep, not to mention to the fact that Julia Child is just so much more engaging than the self-absorbed woman who blogged about her) back-to-back, I'm in no mood to blog about politics. (I'll get back to that later today.)

So let's take a musical break -- as we often do on weekends -- with...

Montreal's own Arcade Fire, one of the greatest bands going today, performing "Keep the Car Running," one of the highlights of Neon Bible, in Paris a couple of years ago.
