That's the message coming out of the White House this morning. It's a message that should be repeated ad nauseum by every Democrat that finds themselves in front of a microphone from now until the bill passes. The White House also called a GOP filibuster an "extraordinary step." Very good, as well. I'd also add Democrats should repeat the words "moderate bill" just as often. Messaging, people. Messaging.
