Fighting with themselves

If the left of the Dem party is expected to swallow hard on HCR, why isn't the right? They are the only group left standing in opposition to a bill that is tailor made for them. They need to swallow, but not nearly as hard. Passing this moderate, Republican-light bill should not be this difficult.
